This is just about the same recipe I've used for 25 years -I found it on the back of the packs of frozen crawfish when they first started selling them that way. It's a winner! I like to throw in a little liquid crab/shrimp boil for an extra kick. — Cajun Cooker Dec 15, 2005

Crawfish Corn Soup

I've made several different versions of this recipe, but my husband said this was, by far, the best ever. I also made a slightly different version by adding cream of mushroom soup and fresh sliced mushrooms. It was fantastic! — Cajun Cooker Dec 15, 2005
