Ww Margarita

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by melissam9

Yum! I made mine nix the tequila for a 0 point drink and it was wonderful. It was more like sparkling limeade than a margarita but that was still a treat! — Jesslyn Jan 27, 2008

Ww Vegetarian Chili

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by BakinBaby

This was delicious. I doubled the Rotel and chili seasoning and used veg broth instead of chicken. It was a wonderful meal for a cold night and at only 2 points per serving (per my calculations, maybe my bowls are bigger) it was incredible! — Jesslyn Jan 27, 2008

Ww 1 Point Ww Cake - Diet Soda

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by *kels*

This was delicious. I used diet sprite and duncan hines yellow cake mix. Less than one box made 48 tiny cupcakes. They rose perfectly and tasted heavenly. Mine worked out to be 4 tiny cupcakes = 1 point which is incredible! — Jesslyn Jan 27, 2008

Best Vegan Ranch Dressing

(5 people found this helpful) Posted by Dragonshoes

I was worried that I wouldn't love this because I'm not a big fan of vegan mayonnaise (it smells) but, in fact, this was delicious. I made it with only have the soy milk and it was a perfect dip; then, I whisked in a little milk in the leftovers... — Jesslyn Aug 8, 2007

Fresh Tomato, Olive, Artichoke

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by yogi

Freakin' Delicious!!! I used a purple heirloom and a yellow tie-dye heirloom for my tomatoes, an olive mix (not canned), marinated (not canned) artichoke, and left out all the rest. Then I drained the juice and served it on BentSlightly's Properly... — Jesslyn Aug 3, 2007

Properly Prepared Spaghetti Squash

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by BentSlightly

This is definitely the best spaghetti squash I've ever had. Delicious, easy to make, and versatile. I ate it with yogi's Fresh Tomato, Olive, Artichoke "Sauce" and it was perfect. I've always wanted to like spaghetti squash and now I do! — Jesslyn Aug 3, 2007

chia's gazpacho

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by chia

This was good, but I'm still looking for that elusive AMAZING gazpacho recipe. I loved how easy this was, but missed that spicy smoothness I look for. I did use 1/2 the olive oil and added more tomato juice (and tons of hot sauce) but otherwise... — Jesslyn Jul 28, 2007

Tofu "alfredo" Sauce

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Tish

I loved this! Even my omnivore husband (who usually hates the vegan food I make) went back for seconds. I did make a few changes: added about 2 handfuls of spinach to the sauce (yum!), subbed vegan margarine for "Butter Buds" which are not vegan,... — Jesslyn May 15, 2007

Summer Sisters Stew

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by BrotherAdso

This was very good, yesterday and today. Even my husband liked it. I only used 2 cups of water and that was perfect for me (although 3 would have probably been okay too). I served it with a slice of sourdough french bread. This is a great... — Jesslyn May 10, 2006

Paul's Green Chili Chicken

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by jan007

Yum! I like it with onions added with the garlic, etc. I used half as much cream for less runny sauce (and less calories). Also light whipping cream works just as well. Great job, jan007! This is a keeper! — Jesslyn Dec 21, 2005

Texas Chicken Tortilla Soup

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Kim D.

My fiance and I both loved the taste of this soup. We tried it first with some sour cream added in, which was delicious, but it was also good the next day without the sour cream. A great thing about this is how well it freezes and how easy it is... — Jesslyn Nov 21, 2005
