Potato Carrot Burger With Spiced Mayo

This was more of a fried bisquit than a burger. It is mostly bread and flour. I couldn't possibly eat it on a bun... Carb overload! I would possibly add other veggies and leave out the flour? I don't know... maybe add beans to hold it together... — Christalina Apr 16, 2007
