Doneraki's Shrimp in Tequila Sauce

This was very easy. Though, it did not have as much flavor as I expected. I sauteed mushrooms and leeks, removed them from the pan, then added them back in when the shrimp were done to have a few veggies. Served over rice. — GatorChomp Aug 6, 2006

Marinated chicken breast cubes for kebabs for about an hour - then created the sauce as suggested. Very good and so easy. We should have marinated the leeks and mushrooms too - but they still tasted good! Served with rice. — GatorChomp Jul 30, 2006
