Montreal Rubbed Chicken

Posted by VickyJ

Tried this out the other night- tasty marinade. Probably would have been better if marinaded longer. Did not use as a rub, rather a marinade with olive oil. All ingredients on hand - thanks ! — tinker :0) Nov 14, 2009

So simple and good! I didn't use a mixer so the apples would be chunky. Tasted great with ice cream. Nice, easy dessert! Thanks — tinker :0) Nov 14, 2009

Gordon Ramsay's Sticky Lemon Chicken

Posted by LDSMom128

This was very easy to make and had all of the ingredients on hand. The taste is very light- not a strong lemon or honey flavor. I used minced garlic instead of sliced and chicken broth in place of the water. Good taste and easy weeknight dinner — tinker :0) Oct 5, 2009

Sloppy Joes

Posted by Susan1

Good and easy!! Had all ingredients on hand- I did not cook to the sauce, just mixed in a bowl then poured over cooked beef. I did simmer for 1 hour -also minus the onion for DH. There is a strong mustard smell but not taste- which I'm glad I hate... — tinker :0) Sep 24, 2009

Chicken Salsa Verde Bake

Posted by Meredith .F

only giving 3 stars since my DH did not really like this. I think it was the salsa verde - too tangy. I, however, enjoyed it. Cut the recipe in half and cooked in 8x8 glass dish. Thanks — tinker :0) Feb 8, 2009

Great Chicken Fajitas

Good marinade- thought this needed a little spice. Added some cumin and dash of chili powder to the marinade. The marinade does carmelize when cooked. Thanks — tinker :0) Jan 29, 2009

Wow- very good! DH even liked them. Used thin pork chops- like other reviewers I was surprised how well the cheese stayed on. Used parm-asiago blend. Also used panko bread crumbs. Thanks! — tinker :0) Jan 27, 2009

Taco Ring

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Mrs_Leuch

make this quite often- if I'm short on cans of rolls- I will make pockets instead of the ring. 1 can usually makes 4 pockets which is enough for DH and I. Also leave out the bell pepper out of preference. — tinker :0) Nov 23, 2008
