Chicken Lazone

Posted by Luby Luby Luby

My husband would give this more stars if they were available! He said, "this is holy crap good!" My picky 4 year old even had two whole pieces. Certainly a keeper, thanks for sharing! — blondiecancook May 18, 2009

Old-Fashioned Blueberry or Raspberry Muffins

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by evelyn/athens

These were pretty good, however, I prefer my muffins sweeter, these reminded me more of bread with blueberries than muffins. I would make them again, but maybe add a sweet crumble or something on top to punch up the sweetness. — blondiecancook May 1, 2009

Garlic Artichokes

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Geema

This was the first time I had ever had artichokes, and now I love them! I made these on night and went back to the store for more artichokes for the next evening. — blondiecancook Mar 24, 2007

Vegetable Linguine

Posted by dividend

We really liked this pasta dish! After making it, we now double, sometimes triple, the sauce, we have a family of four and the first time around there was not enough sauce for all of us. I now also add yellow summer squash to the vegetables.... — blondiecancook Mar 24, 2007

Mexican Rice

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Pot Scrubber

My husband begs for this now. My boys, who are both picky eaters, even finished their helpings of this rice. We ate the leftovers in bean and rice burritos and it was amazing. — blondiecancook Mar 24, 2007

This was great! I didn't have any blue cheese, so I left it out, but it was great anyway! — blondiecancook Mar 24, 2007

Moroccan Citrus Fruit Salad

Posted by NcMysteryShopper

This was absolutely fantastic! I tried it two weeks ago and have made it five times since then. My husband loves it and it hits the spot when I'm wanting something light and sweet! It does take me a while to cut the fruit, but it is well worth... — blondiecancook Mar 24, 2007

Really Deep Dish Pizza (Cake Pan Pizza)

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by littleturtle

We have made this pizza five times in the last few weeks, it is excellent! After the first time we made it we changed the toppings, we use italian sausage, pepperoni, olives and mushrooms and we are generous when we sprinkle on the fresh... — blondiecancook Jan 25, 2006

Kitchenaid Whole Wheat Bread

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by fawn512

I have made this bread three times so far and we love it. I don't have bread enhancer and I added 1/2 Cup honey instead of just 1/3 Cup. It is great! — blondiecancook Jan 22, 2006

Italian Macaroni and Cheese (Modified Rachael Ray Recipe)

Posted by Sharbysyd

I made this dish last night and it was fantastic!!! I had something similar to this at Olive Garden and have always wondered how to make it. This is my new favorite dinner; it was easy, quick and soooo tasty! I used turkey sausage and normal... — blondiecancook Dec 28, 2005

Sweet and Sour Sauce (For Dipping Egg Rolls and More)

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Sue L

This was a good S&S recipe. I alwayse run the pineapple preservs through my food processor so the sauce is smooth (my kids eat it better that way). I add a tablespoon or two of sugar because my family likes their S&S more sweet than sour. — blondiecancook Dec 18, 2005

Sweet and Sour Sauce

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by ~SwoR~

My family's favorite dish is S&S Chicken and this is our favorite sauce to use. I Do add a clove of garlic and I use minced ginger. This is an excellent sauce and everyone who tries it raves about how tasty it is!!! I am soooo glad I found this... — blondiecancook Dec 18, 2005

Won Ton Dough

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Olga Drozd

I used these wraps for won tons and egg rolls and they were pretty well. It took me a few trys to get them rolled out thin enough, the first few didn't turn out too well. All in all they were good but in the future I'll probably just buy the... — blondiecancook Dec 18, 2005

Is It Egg Roll or Eggroll?

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by riffraff

This was soooo good. I substituted ground turkey for pork and omitted the celery and hot peppers. I also deep fried them instead of baking. My family gobbled them up and now request them at least once a week! Thank you, thank you, thank you... — blondiecancook Dec 18, 2005

Amazing Rib Eye Steaks With Marsala Sauce

Posted by Marie

When I made this dish, my DH and I liked it, but my boys wouldn't eat it. I didn't have marsala wine on hand, so I substituted white grape juice (with two boys in the house I don't make it a habbit of keeping alcohol around). It is a dish I will... — blondiecancook Dec 18, 2005

Sweet and Sour Chicken

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Hugce

I love S&S Chicken. I usually pick out the peppers and puree the pineapple (I dont like it chunky). All in all, it was tasty, but not my favorite S&S Recipe. — blondiecancook Dec 18, 2005
