Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with Garlic

Posted by Bev

We really enjoyed this. The potatoes were tender and flavorfull and even the roast garlic cloves disappeared. I used fresh rosemary instead of dried and served it as a side dish with roast lamb. — Sandyg61 Apr 9, 2009

Martha Stewart's Baked Eggplant (Aubergine) Parmesan

Posted by Sana

I never got to the parmesan portion of the recipe. We tasted one of the breaded eggplant slices when they came out of the oven and they were so good that we ate them all that way. I will definately make this again - maybe next time we'll leave... — Sandyg61 Mar 1, 2009

Apple/Cinnamon Cake With 5 Ingredients

Posted by nursevb8

This was really good and so easy to make. I used a half a cup of cinnamon sugar, divided evenly between the middle of the cake and the top. The cake came out moist and very tasty. We will be making this again. — Sandyg61 Oct 29, 2008

Neat-To-Eat Sloppy Joe Crescents (Pillsbury Bake-Off Finalist)

Posted by DuChick

We enjoyed this. I sauted the onions first because we like ours soft. Next time I think I would dice some green pepper to saute with the onions. — Sandyg61 Aug 24, 2008

Low Cal Sole

Posted by katia

Made this with TilapIa, onion and tomato since I don't care for peppers. Very easy to make & the fish was very moist. Next time I will use a little less lemon juice and add more garlic (our personal taste) and perhaps some thinly sliced summer... — Sandyg61 Jul 4, 2008

Sesame Vegetable Ribbons

This was good. I didn't peel the squash and made very thin rounds instead of ribbons. I used 2 small zucchini, a yellow squash and thin strips of sweet onion. — Sandyg61 Jul 1, 2008

Chicken Legs Grilled

We loved this. I let it sit in the refrigerator all day with the spice mix and then cooked it on a covered charcoal kettle grill for 45 minutes using indirect heat. The skin was golden and very crispy and the chicken was moist and tender. Just an... — Sandyg61 Aug 26, 2007

This was easy and good. I used the suffing to fill a couple of portabello mushrooms for dinner and baked them for 25 minutes. Next time I might saute some celery and red pepper and add that to the stuffing. — Sandyg61 Jun 17, 2007

Good macaroni salad. It was very tasty - my mother who says she doesn't like macaroni salad really liked this. I replaced the green pepper with 1/2 cup of red pepper and 1/2 cup of shredded carrot. — Sandyg61 May 19, 2007

Kfc Bean Salad

Posted by John Luck

I've never had KFC's bean salad but this was very good. Left out the green pepper due to picky eaters. I made it a day ahead of time and it definitely tasted better after it sat for a day. — Sandyg61 Apr 29, 2007

This was very tasty. I didn't have any green onions so I used regular onion. I also used low sodium soy sauce. My family has already asked me to make it again - I will be putting it in my regular rotation of chicken recipes. — Sandyg61 Jan 23, 2007

Cranberry Pie

Posted by Traci & Jeff Poole2

This is a keeper. I used 12 ounces of cranberries as I wanted to use up the bag, and pecans instead of walnuts. Also I used just slightly less that 1 cup of sugar in the batter since we like things tart. — Sandyg61 Jan 23, 2007
