S'mores Muffins

I made these muffins for Boss's Day and they were a huge hit! While the marshmellows did melt everyone was able to taste the sweetness of them as well as the graham crackers and chocolate chips. Next time I might add some marshmellow topping but... — Lacy Oct 14, 2005
