Spicy Indian Kofta

Posted by canarygirl

This recipe made great Kofta. I put all the ingredients, except the meat, into a blender and blended until smooth. Then I kneaded that mixture into the meat. This result in smooth- almost fluffy kofta. I was wonderful! Thanks for posting. — UmmHumza Aug 23, 2007

Excellent, tasty, and fast! I only had half and half on hand so I used that and thickened the sauce with some cornstarch. I did not find this dish overly spicy- it was just right. Even my two year old son ate it without complaint. However, we eat... — UmmHumza May 14, 2007
