Fried Cheese

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Tasty Tidbits

These were great! I also used italian bread crumbs and mozz chesse sticks. I coated the sticks twice and put them in the freezer for 15 mins, then deep fried them on 350 until golden. Thanks for this delish recipe! — mom2Tess Nov 16, 2008

Mexican Casserole - Weight Watchers

Posted by Sam #3

This was really good! Since others commented on seasoning, I added about a tblsp garlic salt, and used 2 cans of Rotel (one mild one Mexican) in place of the tomatoes and chile. I also used ground turkey instead of beef, my personal preference.... — mom2Tess Nov 7, 2008

Blending some of the tomatoes kind of makes this like a cross between salsa and pico de gallo. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks for posting. — mom2Tess Dec 9, 2007

What can I say? DELISH! The only change I made was to use kiwi fruit instead of mangoes, and left off the coconut. Even my picky husband had several pieces! Thanks so much for posting. — mom2Tess Oct 19, 2007

I, too, cut the recipe in half. It was plenty for just my husband and I. I used a standard powdered sugar icing, and these were still fabulous! Thank you for posting! — mom2Tess Oct 19, 2007

These were wonderful! I've never made Oatmeal cookies before, and since they're my favorite I thought I'd give it a try. I followed the recipe to the letter and had to give some away so I wouldn't eat them all! Thanks for a wonderful recipe! — mom2Tess Sep 5, 2007
