Copycat Olive Garden Chicken Vino Bianco

I've made this a few times and have made a few changes. Dredge the chicken in seasoned flour before browning in the oil. This will thicken the sauce when you deglaze with the wine (I add at least a cup of Wine). I omit the heavy cream. I also... — Sioux Chef Dec 9, 2007
