Senegalese Chicken and Peanut Soup

Posted by Kirstin in the Couv

FABULOUS!!! The last time I made this, I used green curry paste (but only 1/2t) which is readily available at local supermarkets. But I finally found yellow curry paste at an Asian grocer, and OMG, it is SO much better! I could use the full... — AK-Amber Jun 10, 2006

Garlic Cheese Bread

Posted by KITTENCAL

I think I would have liked this better if I'd used 4oz of cream cheese & 4oz of butter, instead of all cream cheese. It wasn't bad, but the spread was much too creamy, and not particularly cheesy (it felt like the fresh parmesan became lost). — AK-Amber Jun 10, 2006

Rhubarb Cake

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by *Pixie*

I did use the equivalent of 1t of baking soda instead of 2t baking powder, because my neighbor has a similar recipe, But other than that, this was an awesome cake! I found fresh rhubarb at a farmer's market, and since I had plenty, I doubled this... — AK-Amber Aug 2, 2005
