Pour a Pan Pizza

Posted by LEEZAH4

I found one way to really improve the crust on this is to use less egg. I've made this many times doubling the recipe and using 4 eggs, and the crust always came out limp, kind of like a pizza crepe. But using 3 eggs for two pizzas, the crust... — PamC Apr 5, 2009

Cherry Coffee Cake

Posted by MelinOhio

I had clipped this recipe from Taste of Home several years ago, and just got around to making it today, to take to a brunch. It was great! One difference between that recipe and this one is that the TOH recipe called for one envelope of active... — PamC Apr 6, 2008

Summer Stew

Posted by Mirj

This was great! I used a can of diced tomatoes instead of the fresh, added some salt, and used about a cup more water over the course of the simmering to make it a bit soupier. I served it with a little lemon squeezed over as well as the cilantro. — PamC Sep 19, 2007

Creamy Ham and Cheese Quiche

Posted by Quick 'n' Easy Recipes

I used red bell pepper instead of green, and threw in some leftover cooked broccoli. I used a frozen 9 in. deep-dish piecrust. Using the frozen pie shell, it really was super easy, and my husband said he liked the flavor combination. — PamC Mar 2, 2007

Dad's Oven Baked Ribs

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Nurbel

These ribs were really tasty. The sauce was really too thick to spoon over the ribs, so next time I'll let the ribs cool a bit then just brush them on both sides with the sauce before baking. Thanks for the post. — PamC Jun 27, 2006

No Grief Paper Bag Apple Pie

Posted by Karen=^..^=

I made this for Thanksgiving, and it was great. I used a deep-dish Pyrex pan, and 2.75 lbs. of apples, a combo of Grannysmith and Golden Delicious. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe. — PamC Nov 28, 2005
