Posted by BentSlightly

New on the journey to veganism, this was very interesting. I had not had spaghetti squash before. I had it plain and enjoyed it alot but know by adding alittle something extra like in the pic, it will be over the top. — Chef Mommie Jan 12, 2008

City Market Peach Cobbler

Posted by TxBluebonnet

This didn't work out very well for me. I used frozen peaches. I had way too much juice and the orange juice flavor was just too strong. If I hadn't of known that the crust was on the bottom, I would have never lifted it to the bowl. — Chef Mommie Dec 31, 2007

Grilled Tuna Steak

Very good! To keep from going to the store- I used ground ginger, jarred garlic, no chili pepper flakes, the rest of the ingredients and marinated only 1 hour. Came out great! Ate it without the condensed marinade. Thank you Rita! — Chef Mommie Nov 28, 2007

I love the way this looks, but it really isn't much of a "cheese ball". When it finally dawned on me that I really didn't have a cheese ball, I had to run out and get everything to make one. I told everybody it was really just a centerpiece. When... — Chef Mommie Nov 21, 2007
