I found this to be a really great quick bread. It was a big hit with my friends (who all love chocolate by the way), but they said this was just as good. I only found frozen cranberries, so i used those. — Studentchef Nov 20, 2009

This was definetely a good recipe, and for the most part moist. I think 50 minutes is a little too long, at least from my oven. — Studentchef Nov 10, 2009

This was good. I wasn't too sure about the horseradish but found it brought a nice zing to it. It was like adding something spicy. The flour and puree did make the soup thicker, which was also a nice touch. — Studentchef Oct 20, 2009
