This is a great recipe, but I added some things... I used 1 cup of semolina flour and 1 cup plain flour. Semolina flour is a stronger flour and is used alot in breads, pizza doughs and such. It gives this bread (naan) a better texture, much more... — mumzcookin May 5, 2005
