I made this after trying similiar recipes and I liked this one the best. It doesn't come out soggy like I found with other recipes that used twice as much eggs as this one. Not only that, without cream and/or buttermilk, this makes breakfast... — Thrilla49 Dec 20, 2007

Suprisingly flavorful and very simple to make. What sets this recipe apart from other sloppy joe recipes, is the tanginess, it's the best part! I changed a few things: I used tomato sauce instead of ketchup and only used 1/4 cup brown sugar.... — Thrilla49 Apr 19, 2005
