Chicken Dumplings - Simple!

I modified this recipe using 3 envelopes of country gravy mix, 3 envelopes makes 3 cups, which allowed more liquid within the dish so the dumplings could simmer in more broth. I realy enjoyed it. — Debbie18 Feb 9, 2003
