The BEST Cranberry salad!

Posted by H. Cato

Thanks for the fab recipe, Cato. I went to a church party and everyone raved about it! I didn't even have enough time to refridgerate, but it was still great . — Nature's Cuisine Dec 13, 2008

Nice dish. I'll make again, however I'll be taking out the chicken to reduce the sauce. Thanks, LinMarie . — Nature's Cuisine Sep 4, 2008

English Toffee

Posted by Bertha C.

Perfect toffee. Easy to make and turned out lovely. Put the chocolate chips on toffee after it was soft-set (a quick-step a previous member had mentioned). Then after waiting a few minutes, went back and spread over toffee. Then added nuts.... — Nature's Cuisine Dec 13, 2007

Peanut Butter Fudge

Posted by mianbao

Smooth texture. I liked this fudge. What I would change was the firmness. It tended to be a little on the soft side and the oils after a while started to separate. If I were to make again, I would keep it cool before serving. — Nature's Cuisine Dec 13, 2007

Chocolate Mint Candy (Fudge)

Good fudge. Liked the look of this fudge. The chocolate portion of the fudge was a bit dry. Next time, I will be adding a little more sweetened condensed milk. — Nature's Cuisine Dec 13, 2007

Chocolate Orange Fudge

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Marg (CaymanDesigns)

A truly decadent fudge. This fudge held its shape nicely and had a nice, smooth texture (not gritty). LOVE the orange. It made it taste similar to orange sticks. Yummie!!! I made three different fudges (#4075 & #68659) and this was my... — Nature's Cuisine Dec 13, 2007

Homemade Protein Bar

Okay. A little on the dry side and could really taste the protein (not masked very well). Perhaps with some pureed fruit or yogurt? — Nature's Cuisine Sep 6, 2007

Old Fashioned Vanilla Wafers

Posted by Mirj

Flavor was okay, but they were flat, bubbly on top and crispy around the edges. These were more like a mediocre cookie. Sorry, Mirj, but they just didn't do it for me. — Nature's Cuisine Aug 23, 2007

Animal Crackers

Perfect! I used whole wheat and they still turned out great. For small crackers, bake for 6 min. Next time I will probably triple the recipe and use larger cookie cutters. Thanks, fubaraed fubara. — Nature's Cuisine Aug 23, 2007

(Super Healthy) Chewy Granola Bars

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by verbena

LOVE this recipe. I've made several different times. A little "experienced" advice: use 1 teaspoon of salt, no molasses and at most 3/4 c dried fruit (I use 3/4 c dried cranberries, 1/2 c mini chocolate chips, 1/2 c coconut and 1/4 c seasame... — Nature's Cuisine May 19, 2007

Lovely recipe. I made 16 smaller scones with a mini scone pan and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. They turned out just right within 15 minutes of baking. Thanks for the great recipe, Sue L. This one's a keeper . — Nature's Cuisine May 19, 2007

Greek Olive Bread

The dough was tough (even after a good pounding and sifting the flour). Couldn't taste the feta and not fluffy at all. Will end up feeding to the ducks. — Nature's Cuisine May 1, 2007

Orange Basil Sauce over Salmon Fillets

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Audrey M

Wonderful flavor. I used this marinade with Mahi Mahi and it turned out beautifully. I used a rotisserie basket (if I were to use on an outside grill, I would wrap individually in tinfoil). I didn't brush marinade while grilling (no need). I... — Nature's Cuisine Apr 6, 2007
