Be sure to use a glass pie plate. Don't substitute the roasted garlic. — yoohoo Nov 9, 2005

Fried Eggs With Beef and Onions

Posted by Rose's Granddaughter

How fun! My husband recently invited all his brothers over and I actually made this for their dinner after the fishing trip. Served with buttered toast and they were satisfied. Generous servings - I could only eat a half of one myself. — yoohoo Jun 29, 2005

Mexican Chocolate Coffee

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Rose's Granddaughter

This was really good. I have a metal strainer and don't use the paper ones very often. It came out perfect, but when I used the paper - it definitely changed the flavor and made it weaker. I like strong coffee, so I went ahead and used one cup... — yoohoo Jun 29, 2005

Easy Easy Easy and Fast to make. And healthy too. My husband who took this in his lunch swears that it tastes good cold too. If you buy the onions pre-chopped and the chicken is already cooked, there is less than five minutes prep time. It... — yoohoo Apr 12, 2005

Yummy! I like the fact that there was very little prep work. Only gave it a four because I like added some type of fresh veggies to my dishes such as onions, etc. Will make again. — yoohoo Apr 5, 2005

Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Bob #2

DELICIOUS! Red Lobster released their recipe years ago in our local paper and this recipe is the closest to it. Fresh minced garlic tastes the best mixed into the batter. I used 1/2 tablespoon or 1-2 garlic cloves. — yoohoo Apr 5, 2005

Bo's Favorite Meatloaf - for Meatloaf Haters

(7 people found this helpful) Posted by Rose's Granddaughter

Yummy! She's right, this is the most perfect meatloaf for sandwhiches. It stays moist and does not dry out. I like to add mustard to it (after it has been cooked). I will try to make it with omelettes tomorrow. — yoohoo Apr 5, 2005
