Oatmeal Pan Bread

Very Yummy!!! The first time I made it I forgot to put in the baking powder, and it came out like a big oatmeal cookie! The second time I added the powder and it came out more like a bread. Both times very good. My family ate it up in a hurry. — JediEve May 16, 2005
