Chicken and Kale Pasta

Posted by Meesier42

Mmmm. This was a great way to use all the kale I got at my CSA. I sauteed the chicken and LOTS of kale in olive oil and added feta and some pasta. Yum. The more greens/feta, the better. — Mary Anne May 27, 2008

My sister made this for dinner the other night, and it was outstanding! Very easy and flavorful. We had to change the recipe a bit to use veggies on hand (mushrooms, tomatoes), and it was still fabulous! Thanks!! — Mary Anne May 19, 2007

This was fantastic! And easy. The chicken was moist with excellent flavor. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and chardonnay. I didn't have any thyme, but thought it tasted great anyway! Next time, I will double the mushrooms. They... — Mary Anne Apr 7, 2005
