Orange Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Karen=^..^=

A fantastic not-too-sweet cookie! I used butter instead of shortening, mini-chocolate chips, and added finely chopped walnuts. My co-workers are already asking when I'll bring them in again. — maisypjh Nov 25, 2008

Shrimp Pad Thai

Posted by KatieMom84

This was wonderful! We used just 1 T. of brown sugar and 1 packet of Splenda, and we used 1 T. of chili-garlic paste instead of the cayenne. I will be making this one over and over again! — maisypjh May 17, 2006

Romano's Macaroni Grill Focaccia

Very close to the original. I found it a little too sweet, so next time I would decrease the sugar and add more salt to the bread. — maisypjh Dec 29, 2005

Horseradish Sauce

Very tasty! I recommend tasting it after adding the prepared horseradish - the brand I used was very mild, so I ended up tripling the amount called for. — maisypjh Dec 29, 2005

Custard Pie

Posted by GrandmaIsCooking

Perfect, classic recipe! I made one by the recipe, and for the second, I increased the cinnamon and nutmeg to 1/2 t. each, and substituted 1 c. of eggnog for 1 c. of the milk, reducing the sugar to 1/3 c. Both pies were excellent. — maisypjh Dec 29, 2005

Chocolate Cherry Cookies

Posted by Karen From Colorado

Fantastic recipe! I made them for a cookie exchange and it was the recipe everyone was asking for. Be careful in packing them, though - stacking cookies results in the chocolate topping flaking off. — maisypjh Mar 11, 2005
