Pancakes

Posted by Jen T

These were fantastic. I made a double batch and put some in the freezer for an easy "before school" meal. Kid's absolutely loved them because I made them plate-sized. My only change was to add a few tsp of vanilla — gpotts5626 Oct 4, 2009

Asparagus with Thyme

Good flavor, but 20 minutes was way too long. I bought fresh picked asparagus from the farmer's market this morning. The 20 minute cooking time left it mushy. I'll try again and cut the cooking time by at least 5 minutes. — gpotts5626 May 16, 2009

Pork Chop Rub

Very easy, but not a lot of flavor, in our opinion. We grilled instead of cooking in the oven so maybe that made the difference. — gpotts5626 May 16, 2009

Tried this out with two other couples. The taste was flavorful without being overpowering after 8 hours of marinading. Will definitely have this again. — gpotts5626 May 10, 2009

Fantastic. Even the picky eaters in my family thought these were excellent. I didn't have time to let them sit in the refrigerator but they were still very flavorful. — gpotts5626 Apr 19, 2009

Delicious Apricot Glazed Pork Roast (Crock Pot)

Posted by txgammi

Recipe was very easy, but following the recipe as written gives you a lot of very runny sauce. I should have followed the advise of other reviewers. It didn' have a lot of flavor and the the meat did not absorb as much of the "sauce" as we would... — gpotts5626 Jan 15, 2009

Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast

Posted by Krista Roes

On the positive side, this is a good meal to make because the ingredients are on hand in most kitchens. That's why I picked it. Both my wife and I though it was a little lacking in flavor, though. It wasn't bad, but I'd have to play around with... — gpotts5626 Sep 8, 2008

Flank Steak With Bourbon Rosemary Marinade

What a great, quick recipe. This one is perfect for an after work meal. While the meat was marinating, I prepped the salad and corn. Cutting it up really lets the marinade soak in in a short amount of time. My only change was substituting sage for... — gpotts5626 Aug 17, 2008

I needed a quick side dish to go along with Pork Chops Bambara (#112557). I had almost all of the ingredients except the asparagus spears and lemon juice. I took a creative liberty and substituted lime juice and left out the asparagus spears.... — gpotts5626 Jul 17, 2005
