Zesty Steamed Cauliflower

I'm not a big cauliflower fan, but this was WONDERFUL. My son even loved it! It would make a good alternative to a potato dish; it is similar to potatoes au gratin in flavor and consistency. — TaterFan Feb 8, 2005
