Almond Coriander Couscous

Posted by Dancer^

I made this to go with Casbah Chicken with Orange Infused Basmati Rice and it turned out wonderful, I used chicken stock like the other reviewer said and I toasted the almonds a bit before putting them in. I also used fresh currants and folded them in at the end... very good...... — Diane B. Aug 29, 2009

Casbah Chicken with Orange Infused Basmati Rice

Baked Salmon

This is great a great recipe for baked salmon! Thank you so much! I covered the pan in foil, but I think next time I'll put the salmon in foil with the marinade and seal it - so all the flavors bake together. Very tasty! Diane B. Sep 27, 2008

I make this recipe often (with Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce for Cider-Vinegar Barbecue Sauce and #317641 for Cole Slaw) I put the pork roast in my crock pot on high and let it cook all day. It is done when the meat falls apart easily. After I've pulled the... — Diane B. Aug 5, 2008

Gaufres (Authentic Belgian Waffles)

I was excited to try this recipe, but I found I just didn't like it. Too rich and it overwhelmed the fruit served with it. After making one, we added vanilla and liked the flavor better, but I still like light airy waffles better. — Diane B. Jul 12, 2007
