Chicken Parmigiana

Posted by sheila

Wonderful! So easy and forgiving. I pounded out the chicken, not well, and used the sauce I made for meatballs. I did not have mozzerella so I used a Mexican blend cheese I had in the refrigerator and it was still so good! I will make it again... — Red Wing Fan Jul 29, 2008

Grilled Potatoes

Posted by Jane Rhodes-Williams

I went to make this and only had russett potatoes. I remembered having it this way as a kid. It worked perfectly and you about have to try to mess it up. Timeless recipe, thanks for sharing. — Red Wing Fan May 19, 2008

Grilled Pork Loin With Bacon

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Sharlene~W

I made this exactly to specifications with the exception of having two pieces of pork. The crowd was overwhelmed by the aroma, taste and flavor. It cooked perfectly moist. I will definately make this again. — Red Wing Fan May 19, 2008

Lemon Drop Martini

Posted by Denise!

Yummy! The sugar on the rim of the glass finishes this drink beautifully. I found that by using just a splash of triple sec it was even better since triple sec is so strong, but that is a personal preference. Thanks for posting, we will... — Red Wing Fan Sep 15, 2007

Outback Steakhouse's Dipping Sauce

Excellent! I used it to dip fried zucchini. This has just the right amount of heat and have a very nice balance of ingredients. Beautiful recipe, and easy too. Took about 5 minutes to make and even after only chilling for 45 minutes was... — Red Wing Fan Sep 15, 2007

Lemon Pepper Chicken & Broccoli

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by TammieV

This was excellent and fairly simple to prepare with ingredients generally kept in the house. Only thing I did differently was use red pepper instead of curry (didn't have any). Served with flavored chicken & broccoli rice. DH said the sauce... — Red Wing Fan Mar 11, 2007

Peanut Butter Pie IV

Posted by icetea

This was incredible and so easy to make. I made this for a group and received a lot of compliments. It must have been good, I didn't get an opportunity to taste the final product. I have been asked to make it again. — Red Wing Fan Mar 14, 2005

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Posted by Aroostook

I made this for a group dinner that I made and it is out of this world. I greased the pan but it was still tough to cut. However, people were fighting for the crumbs. Better than the candy. Thanks for sharing. — Red Wing Fan Mar 14, 2005

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by Chippie

This was the second time I made this. It was by request that I made this again and it has been determined this is the best way to eat shrimp, and that is from die hard fried shrimp eaters. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one. — Red Wing Fan Mar 14, 2005

Grilled Rib Eye Steak & Red Onions

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Granny Annie

I made this for guests and it was wonderful. I did not include the onions nor did I marinate in baggies. I put the steaks in a pan, allowed them to marinate and grilled them outside. It was wonderful. Will make again. — Red Wing Fan Mar 14, 2005

Cosmopolitan Raspberry Twist

Posted by ~Rita~

This is one of our favorite drinks. Rasberry is a great idea. We use Citron Vodka (lemon). One note, if the drink takes really strong and bitter, lighten up on the Triple Sec. A little bit goes a long way. — Red Wing Fan Feb 11, 2005

Ken's Goulash

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by keen5

I tried the recipe and it was incredible. I added some oregano and a little more salt and did not add the cheese. I grated cheddar cheese instead and had everyone add it on themselves (cheese hater, can you imagine?). It was just like the stuff... — Red Wing Fan Jan 20, 2005
