Legal Seafood Style Baked Scallops

Posted by Lorac

It's easy, fast and tasty. Almost nutty like. My kids love seafood, but for some reason they were just OK with this. They prefer scallops saute in butter, parsley, lemon. Thank you for a good recipe. — Nado2003 Nov 19, 2009

Mean Chef's Steak Au Poivre

Posted by newspapergal

The directions are detailed and easy to follow. The recipe is simple and delicious. I overcooked my steaks but that was my fault, I was distracted. This is a great way to make steak. Thank you. — Nado2003 Nov 9, 2009

This is easy to make, tender and flavorful. OK, the kids and I did not like the five spice flavor but my husband loved it. Thank you. — Nado2003 Oct 29, 2009

Munchies (Lentils)

Posted by L DJ

I love these. Some of us are allergic to nuts and seeds, we cannot eat processed foods, too many sunflower oils. This helps. I also took some of the other reviewers' advise and only sprayed oil. Thank you. — Nado2003 Oct 27, 2009

I am sorry to give this a poor review. I followed the recipe to a T and we all thought it was very so...so. Not very flavorful. — Nado2003 Oct 22, 2009

Sour Cream Banana Bread

Posted by Charishma Ramchandani

No this recipe does not need another 5 stars but it deserves one. Moist, flavorful and well-balanced. The top was crunchy and buttery. Yum. I've made many banana breads and this ranks up there. The smell of banana was intoxicating, perhaps... — Nado2003 Oct 20, 2009

German Apple Pancake Zells

My pancake puffed up beautifully, but of course, it also falls after being removed from the oven. I followed the recipe except I used 2 apples (love apples). My family loved it. They thought it was a great dessert but my 10 yr daughter said... — Nado2003 Oct 4, 2009

Spinach and White Beans with Garlic

Yummy. Fast and easy. I doubled the garlic as per other's recommendations. Very nice side dish. I can see how sausage or kielbasa would be good in this as well. Thank you. — Nado2003 Oct 4, 2009

Three-Cup Chicken

Posted by Grace Lynn

I love this chicken and I don't even like chicken. The sauce is delicious, savory, flavorful and spicy. I used jalapeno peppers and it was still very spicy. But a good spicy. My kids could not handle the spice and my husband barely. I thought... — Nado2003 Oct 2, 2009

Dates Wrapped in Bacon

Posted by sugarpea

I love this recipe. Added about 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne to the brown sugar and coat the bacon wrapped date in it before baking. I also pre-cook the bacon for a few minutes in the microwave to remove a lot of the fat because I like my bacon... — Nado2003 Oct 2, 2009

Wow! Cookie Ladie, these babies are good! Limey and fragrant. Yummy! I cannot eat just one. I do not like to bake cookies (just eat them) but I am going to have to get over it for these. You can't buy them anywhere, so I am going to have to... — Nado2003 Oct 2, 2009

This is a great dinner. I agree with the other reviewers, a little more liquid would be helpful as it was very thick. Otherwise the flavors were wonderful. Thank you. — Nado2003 Oct 1, 2009
