Bacon & Egg Cups

Posted by Meredith .F

Don't think that 9.7g fat is low for breakfast. Use Canadian bacon or a 1g fat ham instead of bacon. I also used 2% american cheese. This will lower the fat even more. — Sassy Cat Apr 26, 2008

This was the best. I did make a few changes because I am low carbs: I used turkey cutlets, what I had on hand. I dipped the turkey in egg substitute and then into a mixture of 1/2c parmesan cheese and 1/4c bread crumbs. I then sauteed the turkey... — Sassy Cat Jul 17, 2007

Marinated Tuna

Posted by Dancer^

I have made this recipe for years, but usually I leave out the onions, and place the tuna on a bed of salad greens. Use a solid white albacore tuna packed in water it is so much better than regular tuna. — Sassy Cat Mar 28, 2007

A nice change from the normal nut recipes, I used walnuts, but I think pecans or almonds would be better, I like the idea of soaking nuts before cooking, I will try that next time. Thanks for the recipe. — Sassy Cat Dec 3, 2006
