I am from Flint and also grew up with Coney Island. I love this recipe. I cooked it quite a while. Serrve them with diced white onions and mustard. The hot dogs should be boiled and the buns stemed. My husband also loves them. Thanks Bethany. — Chef #178975 Jul 4, 2009
