Gluten Free Bagels

Great Gluten Free bagel recipe. Made exactly as stated and they came out delicious. Tried the egg wash on half the bagels as suggested by pixieglenn. The crust is a bit chewier and more like a 'real' bagel. Will use egg wash next time too.... — Piratemama Mar 5, 2008

Thank you for such a wonderfully flavorful turkey burger. I used only 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and added 1 finely grated carrot to the mixture for a little extra moisture. These came out great! — Piratemama Nov 9, 2006

This recipe is excellent. I did have to omit the wine and cut back on the lemon juice to about 1 Tbl. due to a fructose intolerance, but this is one of my new favorites! My daughter said it tasted like "flavor blasted chicken from a restaurant".... — Piratemama Jan 11, 2005
