Easy Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Barb Gertz

Awesome! I did let the rhubarb sit in the sugar, jello and tapioca for a half hour and it had started to get nice and gooey by that time. Tasted fantastic, and easy to make. The crowd at work raved about it! — The Big Cheese Jun 5, 2005

Easy Caprese (Insalata)

Posted by Dawn

Great!! The capers were a nice touch that you usually don't see with this salad when it's served in Italian restaurants. I threw in a little aged balsamic vinegar too and it was wonderful. Try that sometime! — The Big Cheese May 22, 2005

Banana Pudding Cake

Posted by Lennie

This recipe is almost identical to this one for Banana Cream Cake, 61632. However, this one isn't as flavorful. Refer to the other recipe and check the suggestions there for this cake if you'd like more of a banana flavor. — The Big Cheese May 5, 2005

7-Up Bundt Cake

MMMMMMMMM! All I can say is thank goodness for a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer to do that 20 minutes worth of beating for me...because that is what makes this cake as light as a feather. Absolutely delicious! It tastes better than the one my mom and... — The Big Cheese Apr 26, 2005

Honey Balsamic Chicken

Posted by Jen Andrews

I wasn't too impressed with this for some reason. The corn flake crumbs didn't want to stick to the chicken so I might give it another try with a different breading mixture. I did enjoy the taste, but I may want to try adding more honey and less... — The Big Cheese Apr 24, 2005

Wonderful rolls! Best I've ever tried and so easy to make. I have posted some photos so that everyone can see how beautiful they are. The only thing that I did differently was I brushed the tops of my rolls with a beaten egg to which I had added 1... — The Big Cheese Apr 22, 2005

Country Apple Squares

I halved the recipe and baked it in an 8x8" dish, but kept the cream cheese mixture as is after reading someone else say that they doubled that part. Excellent! We had it for dessert today (New Year's Day) warm with some whipped cream on top.... — The Big Cheese Jan 1, 2005
