Easy Chicken Supreme (Chicken With Stuffing)

Posted by mariabrown

Thank you for a very good recipe. When putting it together I found I only had cream of chicken w/herbs soup and haverti cheese. Turned out great. Definately will try it again. — KCrawford Nov 23, 2009

Parmesan Tilapia

Excellent recipe. Followed exactly with one person's suggestion of a little panko crumbs under the broiler at the end. I think I have finally overcome my fear of fiish preparation. Thanks for a great recipe. — KCrawford Feb 9, 2009

Cake mix Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Excellent cake mix recipe. My husband enjoys dessert for breakfast so this was a real treat. Did not taste like a box mix, moist and very good. Thanks for the recipe — KCrawford Oct 14, 2008

Meatloaf

Posted by Boies

A very good recipe but I found 1 cup of milk too much. If I make again I would use less. Also 45 minutes was not enough, I added another half hour as meatloaf was too mushy at 45 minutes — KCrawford Oct 10, 2008

Easy Pot Roast

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by adam k.

Very good easy recipe. I had a smaller roast so only used one can of soup, 1/2 of the onion soup mix and less water and no seasoning salt (Mrs Dash instead. I did add 1/4 cup merlot that I think added a better flavor. Thanks for a good and... — KCrawford Nov 29, 2007

Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Stock Show Mom

This was a good cake but I have to think you have the tempeture and cooking times wrong. At 300 for 55 minutes this cake isn't just moist, its liquid. I baked at 325 for an additional 40 minutes. — KCrawford Mar 22, 2007

Zesty Chicken Stir-Fry

Although I like spicy foods, 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes made this hard to eat. If I tried it again I would definitely reduce by at least 1/2. — KCrawford Feb 12, 2007

Beef Pot Roast (In Pot, Oven or Slow Cooker) Another One!

(6 people found this helpful) Posted by kiwidutch

This was just the type of pot roast recipe I was looking for. Lots of flavor without adding a lot of processed ingredients. I used the oven method, cooked it about 30 minutes longer as I like a really tender roast. Really didn't change anything... — KCrawford Sep 11, 2006

Authentic Rice Pilaf

Posted by cooking_geek

A very good recipe that I will make again. The next time though, I will decrease the amount of butter by a small amount. I don't think it would change the flavor and would be a little less buttery. — KCrawford Mar 27, 2006

This was an excellent recipe. I suffer from FOFC (fear of fish cooking) and this was a treat to have something turn out so good. I added some Blackened Redfish Magic and served this over angel hair pasta. Thanks again for a great recipe. — KCrawford Jan 31, 2006

A good recipe, I didn't have cream of mushroom so I subs. cream of celery. Also a teaspoon of dried onion soup mix. Turned out good although cooking time was a bit longer than 20 minutes. — KCrawford Oct 7, 2005

Superior potato casserole recipe. Much better than using the cream of chicken soup base. No leftovers, always a sign of a great recipe. — KCrawford Jun 22, 2005

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast

(8 people found this helpful) Posted by Denise in NH

Very nice recipe. When I make it again I will omit seasoning salt and use something like Mrs Dash. The parmesan cheese makes it salty enough. All and all a dish worth trying. — KCrawford May 10, 2005
