I don't eat beef, but my guests loved this. After I shredded the beef ( I used a sirloin tip roast), I made a roux and added it to the juices, before putting the beef back in. It thickened up a little which made it easier to put in sandwiches.... — Chef #161855 Sep 7, 2004
