I love these. I substituted my sugar substitute and they came out great. I had to fight off the urge to eat them all at once. I was able to make them last a week. Sent the recipe to my friends and relatives with kids and they loved them also. — BillJ51 Mar 18, 2002

This is great it reminds me of old time bakery shop frosting. I used non-fat milk and Butter. Just have to remember to mix the milk and flour before heating to avoid lumps — BillJ51 Feb 22, 2002
