I used hot enchilada sauce instead of mild. Big mistake I had a hard time eating it, but will try again. The only thing else I might change is the amount of milk as it was a little runny for me. — Terry IN Apr 3, 2008

Made it for family, but left the onion out. They really loved it, but it made way to much sauce. Next time I'll half the recipe for the sauce to match the linguine. — Terry IN Jan 23, 2006
