Pasta Skillet

Posted by MizzNezz

Used Rotele for the tomatoes, Jenne-0 turkey bacon, which was fatty enough for flavor, but not so critical as pork bacon is. Served over angel hair pasta. Next time may add some slivered almonds for crunch. — Clifford Boren Oct 4, 2009

We dearly love mushies. Wanted to make it an entree for hot weather. Increased the liquids, added diced Canadian bacon a few minutes before serving. Served it over brown rice. Nummies! Great work, Tebo. — Clifford Boren Jul 19, 2009

Deliciousness on a piece of toast. Sticks with you until noon too. I burned the bottoms of the bread, but that actually tasted good. Put a little butter substitute on the bread and sprinkled a bit of garlic powder over it before toasting it in... — Clifford Boren Sep 27, 2008

Tennessee Hillbilly Chops

Posted by Alby Thorp

It was very tender, I don't know what I did wrong, but the meat was not very tasty. But don't let this review stop you from trying it. I could have goofed something. Perhaps a dash of ground cloves. — Clifford Boren May 31, 2008
