Leaving the rind on the lime ruined this. It was so bitter that my DH and I couldn't even finish eating it. I hated wasting good fish like that. I don't this would be bad if the lime juice only was used or even if the limes were peeled first then... — Adolynn Hernandez Jun 2, 2005
