German Sausage Loaf

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Barb Gertz

This is easy to make. I used Jimmy Dean sausage and it turned out great. I left out all the spices and it was still yummy. This is a solid meatloaf that holds together well. I used a regular meatloaf pan and recipe made one loaf. Makes tasty... — vfranc2 Jun 7, 2005

This is great. Just enough for two people (we are big breakfast eaters). I used cheddar cheese vs. monterey jack and it was wonderful. May add two 4 oz. cans green chilies next time but that is personal prefernece. Will definitely be making... — vfranc2 Mar 21, 2005

Lemon Pillow Cake

Posted by Marie

The cake and frosting were great. We didn't like the globs of lemon pie filling in the cake. The cake did not bake over the top of the filling either. Will not be making this again. — vfranc2 Mar 21, 2005

Taco Lasagna

Posted by PinkieB

Not sure what happened, but we didn't care for this recipe. Too dry, top tortillas got hard, even with the cheese on top. Threw out over 1/2 pan. Sorry. — vfranc2 Mar 21, 2005

Yummy Caramel Fruit Dip

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by rochsann

I have made this for years. It is excellent for dipping sliced apples. 100% better than the store bought carmel dip. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. — vfranc2 Feb 14, 2005

Taco Macaroni and Cheese With Burger

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by shapeweaver ©

This is great. Very, very cheesy. I added a chopped onion to the beef cause what is a dish without onions? It is very thick and I ended up adding extra milk (almost two cups)before serving. I will add two packets taco seasoning mix next time.... — vfranc2 Feb 4, 2005
