Spinach Onion Souffle

Try 1 pint of sour cream to make the onion taste milder. Also top with crushed saltines or cheez-its before baking. Make sure you drain spinach well after defrosting and baking uncovered slightly crisps the topping. — RHCL88 Jun 21, 2004
