This cake was delicious! It did not come out as beautiful as in the picture, but I blame that on my oven... But it did taste great! My mother gave me a recipe for a sourcream coffee cake from the "cake bible" which is similar, but a lot more time... — Little Annie Nov 7, 2006

WOW! My boyfriend made these for me and they were delcicous!!! He didn't put the butterscotch extract or the raisins or pecans because we didn't have any of these. BUT, the cookies turned out much better than those on the lid of the quaker oats... — Little Annie Feb 19, 2006

This cake was very easy to make. I baked it in a round 9" spring form pan, and thus it took longer to cook. The consistency was light and fluffy but the taste was not as good as I expected. I think it would be much better with a butter/sugar base... — Little Annie Feb 18, 2006
