Daddy's Low-Sodium Pineapple Muffins

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by ThatBobbieGirl

Since I have to stay under 3000mg of sodium a day these are wonderful for breakfast. And lots less sodium then a piece of bread. The wife and I love them and make them about twice a week for breakfast. James Albin — James Albin Jan 28, 2005

Soup, Vegetable or Chicken-Vegetable (No-Salt-Added)

Posted by Netgirl's Healthy Cookbook

500 plus is not considered as very low sodium. Lots of people have to live off less than 300 mg per day. Use the no salt tomato paste and this would cut it down some. Thanks. — James Albin Nov 14, 2004
