Eggs in Purgatory

Wow this was a nice way of serving eggs. I did have to make on change in that I did not have a can of plum tomatoes, so I used a can of diced tomatoes with chiles. Great results. Made for 09 football pool win, week #9. — Maryland Jim Nov 16, 2009
