Stuffed Pork Chops

This was excellent! The sauce was wonderful. The chops were moist and so full of flavor. I made parmasean potatoes redipe #10491 as a side dish. It took me a little longer than I expected to make but was well worth it. Deffinatly a keeper in my book. — Mamma on duty Dec 31, 2006

This tasted excellent and was very easy to make!! Even my picky kids ate it. When I was putting the the ingredients in the crockpot, it didn't seem like enough liquid for the rice to cook in so I added a can of chicken broth. — Mamma on duty Jul 30, 2005

This was delicious! I Used diced cooked chicken breast instead of ham and I used diced carrots and celery and I sauted them with the onions. I also added another cup of chicken broth. I will be making this again for sure! — Mamma on duty Jan 30, 2005
