Posted by dukeswalker

This is a very tasty cookie. I did not have any alspice but it tasted great without it. To be better for you I suppose you could forgo the sugar and cinnamon on the outside but it sure adds to the taste. A very good cookie — ChrisI Jul 26, 2008

Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara

I used regular milk with a thickener of corn starch. Less calories than the heavy cream. I also used turkey backon vs the bacon and as well only used 3 eggs. Not much difference - just as rich a taste and a lighter cooking meal. This is a great meal. — ChrisI Aug 22, 2006
