Olive Garden Pasta E Fagioli

This recipe is every bit as good as the Olive Garden version. I do change one thing...I use a 64 ounce bottle of V-8 juice because the ingredients absorb the liquid rapidly. It is superb! — Chef #1309383 Jun 29, 2009
