This was the most amazing pumpkin cheesecake. I added one tsp of cinnamon like other people recommended, and it was easy to make and came out smooth and absolutely delicious. Would definitely make it again. — shannonj Nov 17, 2009

These were pretty good. I didn't have any sour cream, so I substituted lemon yogurt as well as substituting whole wheat flour and amazingly they came out fine - I loved the bottoms of them. They got soggy quickly so eat them fast. — shannonj Aug 13, 2009
