Wonderful recipe! This comes out perfectly for me, even on hot days. I didn't find I needed to add any extra flour, but perhaps that's because I mixed it in bit by bit. Next time I'll try it with more raisins - they're one of my favourite things... — Cora_and_Clarice Jun 12, 2009
