Carrabas Sausage and Lentil Soup

I followed the directions, with the exception of soaking the lentils for about an hour 1/2 first. I wish I had only added 1 -1/2 cups instead of two because the soup turned out a little thick. The flavor is delicious, but not exactly like... — Chef #1270150 May 17, 2009
