This was fantastic! I made it yesterday (Mother's Day). I didn't use the sherry, used chicken stock as suggested. I also added the garlic. I only used 2 tablespoons of flour and it worked just fine for about 1 1/3 c. milk with about 1/4 c. stock.... — Sunnee50 May 11, 2009
